1. From purchase to shipment
- PurchaseYou pay the price of the work through the purchase process on the work’s page (at the time of order, when you complete the purchase on the checkout page).
- Shipping noticeWe notify you of the exact shipping cost by email within 2 business days of your purchase.
- InvoiceShipping is billed separately from the price of the work by invoice, payable within 7 days of the invoice date.
- Payment confirmationWe confirm payment of the shipping cost.
- ShipmentWe ship within 7 business days after confirming payment of the shipping cost. However, shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather, disasters, transport or customs conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
2. Carriers
EMS (Japan Post), DHL or other carriers, selected by us according to the work.
3. Destinations
We ship outside Japan.
We cannot ship to countries or regions to which export is prohibited or restricted under Japanese law (such as the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act), or to countries or regions for which Japan Post is currently not accepting EMS (such as Russia and Belarus). The list of countries and regions selectable on the checkout page is the most up to date. If it turns out after your purchase that we cannot ship to you, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount you have paid.
4. Shipping cost
Shipping is charged separately from the price of the work. The shipping cost is calculated at the actual carrier charges plus insurance. Each work’s page shows an estimated shipping cost by delivery region (calculated from the carrier’s rate table based on the work’s weight, size and insured value). We will notify you of the exact amount by email within 2 business days of your purchase and bill it by invoice (payable within 7 days of the invoice date).
5. Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price of the work or the shipping cost. You pay them to the carrier on receipt (DAP). Amounts and procedures depend on the rules of the destination country or region.
6. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver for reasons on our side, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount you have paid (the price of the work and, if already paid, the shipping cost).
If we cannot confirm payment of the shipping invoice by its due date (7 days from issue), we will cancel your order and refund the price of the work.
If the work is returned to us due to circumstances on your side (such as refusal to accept delivery, extended absence, or an incorrect address), we will refund the price of the work less the round-trip shipping cost and other actual expenses.
