1. Information we collect
- Name
- Email address
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Telephone number (for the carrier to contact you)
2. How we use it
- To process payment for and ship the works you purchase
- To send shipping estimates and invoices, and to contact you about your purchase
- For the carrier to contact you (telephone number)
- To prevent fraudulent payments
- For export and customs procedures (including customs declarations)
- To comply with laws and regulations
- To respond to your enquiries
Unless you give separate consent, we will not use this information for promotion or advertising.
3. Sharing with third parties
- Stripe: to process payment of the price of the work and shipping. Card information is handled by Stripe; we do not hold it.
- Carriers: to deliver the work. EMS (Japan Post), DHL or other carriers, selected by us according to the work.
For payment processing, we provide your name, contact details, address and similar information to Stripe (including its affiliates located outside Japan, such as in the United States), and for delivery, to carriers (Japan Post, DHL and other overseas operators, and postal and delivery operators in the destination country or region). The main countries and regions where recipients are located are the United States (Stripe), Germany and others (DHL), and the destination country or region. For information on each country’s or region’s personal information protection system, please refer to the information published by Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission. By completing the purchase procedure (consenting on the checkout page), you are deemed to consent to this provision.
4. Saving your payment details
Only with your consent, we save your payment details on Stripe for use in future payments. Without your consent, they are not saved. If you contact us at tomiyui@andromedajapan.com, we will delete your saved payment details.
