1. Works for sale
Every work sold through 富結 TOMIYUI is one of a kind (one piece per work). Once a work is purchased, its purchase link stops automatically and the work is marked sold out.
2. Price and currency
Prices are shown in Japanese yen. The displayed price is the total price of the work (shipping is charged separately). Customers outside Japan may see the amount converted into their local currency on the checkout page. Any conversion fee is borne by the customer. The amount we receive remains the displayed price in Japanese yen.
3. When the contract is formed
The contract of sale is formed when you complete the purchase on the checkout page and the payment is authorised.
4. Payment
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Payments are processed by Stripe. The price of the work is paid at the time of order (when you complete the purchase on the checkout page).
5. Shipping and dispatch
Shipping is charged separately from the price of the work. The shipping cost is calculated at the actual carrier charges plus insurance. Each work’s page shows an estimated shipping cost by delivery region (calculated from the carrier’s rate table based on the work’s weight, size and insured value). We will notify you of the exact amount by email within 2 business days of your purchase and bill it by invoice (payable within 7 days of the invoice date).
We ship within 7 business days after confirming payment of the shipping cost. However, shipment or delivery may be delayed due to weather, disasters, transport or customs conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
6. Customs duties and import taxes
Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price of the work or the shipping cost. You pay them to the carrier on receipt (DAP).
7. Countries and regions we cannot ship to
We cannot ship to countries or regions to which export is prohibited or restricted under Japanese law (such as the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act), or to countries or regions for which Japan Post is currently not accepting EMS (such as Russia and Belarus). The list of countries and regions selectable on the checkout page is the most up to date. If it turns out after your purchase that we cannot ship to you, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount you have paid.
8. If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver for reasons on our side, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount you have paid (the price of the work and, if already paid, the shipping cost).
If we cannot confirm payment of the shipping invoice by its due date (7 days from issue), we will cancel your order and refund the price of the work.
If the work is returned to us due to circumstances on your side (such as refusal to accept delivery, extended absence, or an incorrect address), we will refund the price of the work less the round-trip shipping cost and other actual expenses.
9. Cancellations
Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations for the customer’s own reasons.
10. Returns and exchanges

To protect the authenticity of one-of-a-kind works (to prevent substitution or replication), we do not accept returns or exchanges for the customer’s own reasons.
If there is a problem with the work (damage in transit, incorrect delivery, or a significant difference from its description)
Please contact us at tomiyui@andromedajapan.com with photos as soon as possible after the work arrives (as a guide, within 7 days). Once we have confirmed the return of the work, we will refund the full amount you paid (the price of the work and the shipping cost). As each work is one of a kind, we cannot offer exchanges. We will bear the shipping cost and customs duties for the return shipment.
In addition, if after investigating the cause we determine that we are responsible, we will also refund the actual customs duties and import taxes you paid on receipt (please submit receipts or similar documents).

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to these terms. However, nothing in these terms limits the rights and jurisdiction available to customers who are consumers under the laws of the country or region where they live.
